Born in Seoul, raised in the United States, and trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Jae launched his career at Thom Browne before working with leading global brands including Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Undercover, SKIMS, Comme des Garçons, and the International Klein Blue Foundation.

At Crocs, Jae helped establish a credible fashion lane for the brand, co-designing footwear with Jean Paul Gaultier, Simone Rocha, Mowalola, and other internationally recognized collaborators, bringing commercial scale with cultural relevance.

Alongside brand work, Jae maintains an independent creative practice to continuously expand vision, refine taste, and push creative boundaries.
